Adults only

You may use girlsbook only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to access this type of directory in your location. Do not allow a minor to use the site through your device or account.

A directory, not an agency

girlsbook provides profile, account, review, advertising and enquiry tools. Providers are independent. We do not employ providers, arrange appointments, set final service fees, receive appointment payments, guarantee availability or participate in private arrangements.

Customer membership and reviews

Customer accounts are issued through administrator-managed onboarding, are free to use and do not have Advertising credit or any payment balance. Members are responsible for their account security and for reviews submitted through their account. A member password change signs out all current member sessions and requires a new sign-in. Reviews must be an honest personal opinion, relevant, respectful and free of private, explicit, unlawful or misleading material. Submissions, edits, deletions and provider replies may be held for moderation, approved, rejected or archived. A review represents a member's opinion and is not proof that girlsbook verified an appointment.

Provider accounts and profiles

Provider accounts are issued through administrator-managed onboarding rather than public self-registration. Providers are responsible for account security, legal eligibility, identity, image rights and keeping profile information accurate. Profiles and revisions remain private until approved. We may decline, suspend or archive content or an account to protect users, directory integrity or legal compliance. Public visibility requires approval, an active provider account and either an active paid advertising plan or an active administrator-managed migration permission.

An administrator-managed migration permission records authorised publication of a migrated profile. It is not a paid plan, does not create Advertising Credit or paid ranking, and does not make the profile a Sponsored placement. A migrated contact number is shown only where publication of that number was separately authorised.

Touring and community notices

A touring entry is a future plan, not a real-time location, availability promise or confirmed appointment. After review, only the linked profile, approximate location, dates and a separately written public note may appear. Community submissions may be rejected, independently edited, published, expired or archived. A public community version may differ from its private source; contact details are not collected or published through the notice form.

Organizations and rooms

Organizations and room operators are independent third parties. Inclusion, profile association or moderation is not endorsement, identity verification, a safety guarantee or confirmation of licensing. Phone, email, website and booking links lead to independent third parties; girlsbook does not handle the resulting booking or payment.

Advertising plans and placement

Default results place administrator-pinned profiles first, followed by recent provider refreshes. Advertising weight applies within these groups, and other profiles rotate. Choosing an explicit fee or newest sort changes the order.

Plan prices and benefits are shown only in the approved provider dashboard. A purchased plan starts immediately, runs for 30 days and replaces any current plan. Advertising credit charged for the replaced plan is not returned on a prorated basis merely because the provider changes plan. Before accepting a change, the system checks active and scheduled paid add-ons. If the target plan is incompatible with a City Spotlight or Homepage Spotlight campaign, the plan change is blocked until that campaign expires; the add-on continues for its paid term and is not cancelled or forfeited. Plan rank weight and active add-ons may affect eligible directory position or promotional rotation. Public paid placements are labelled Sponsored; advertising never buys favourable review moderation or exemption from safety and content rules. Nothing in this section limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Advertising Credit and funding requests

Advertising Credit is an internal balance that approved providers can use only for girlsbook advertising plans and add-on campaigns. It is not cash, customer service money or a method of paying for an offline appointment. It cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn. Submitting a funding request does not collect payment or change the balance. The accounts team confirms the next step, and Advertising Credit appears only after the request and its issued reference have been reviewed and credited. Mistaken entries may be corrected. Nothing here limits legal rights, including any refund or remedy required by New Zealand law.

Respectful, lawful use

• Provide accurate information and communicate with consent.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate or pressure another person.
• Do not scrape profiles, republish images, send spam or defeat access controls.
• Do not manipulate analytics, reviews, ranking or account balances.
• Do not use the directory for unlawful, exploitative, coercive or unsafe conduct.
• Respect stated boundaries and a provider's right to decline any enquiry.

Payments, availability and liability

girlsbook does not handle appointment payments. Confirm identity, final fees, cancellation terms and any refund expectations directly with the independent provider. The directory may change or be temporarily unavailable, and user-provided information may become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied without guarantees beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that apply under New Zealand law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the directory develops. Material changes should be identified on this page or within the relevant signed-in service. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
